Virtual Box Office allows organisations to configure many different types of tickets and pricing - providing a wide range of options and flexibility to suit every need.
Normal Tickets
Normal tickets can be configured with a number of features:
- One or more individual prices
- Availability by price and date range
- Availability by quantity remaining
- Qantity-based pricing options for group bookings and larger orders
- Flexible "optional" fees, such as booking fees and postal fees
- Flexible e-Ticket options
- Automatic cut-off prior to the event
Promotional Tickets
Promotional tickets are available only to customers with a "secret" code - these are ideal for competitions, special pricing scenarios or to track print or media marketing campaigns.
- Availability via a discrete (or public) "promotion/promo code"
- Availability by date range and quantity remaining
- Qantity-based pricing options for group bookings and larger orders
Free/Complimentary Tickets
Free or Complimentary tickets are ideal for smaller or community events, and can also be used for teachers, media, contributors or other valued customers.
- Quantity based $0 free ticket
- Variable availability based on purchased quantity (for example, 2 free tickets for every 10 paid tickets)
- Flexible $0 free tickets based on date range
