Backing Up Data

Virtual Box Office takes the stability and storage of all data extremely seriously - all customer and transactional data is backed up onto multiple, diverse systems, on an hourly and daily basis.

We also pride ourselves in our Open Data policy - meaning that we own the Virtual Box Office system, YOU own your own data.  Virtually all databases (customers, orders, statistics) are available through the portal for downloading in a variety of formats - this gives you a flexible mechanism for backing up your own data when and how you want.

Should you require data that isn't easily accessible via the Portal, just ask us and we'll provide it.
