Inbound Numbers
Menu Option: Call Centre \ Inbound Numbers
"Inbound Numbers" are 13, 1300 or 1800 that are linked to Virtual Box Offices for the purposes of management and reporting. Within Virtual Box Office, you can create new Answer Points (the number your Inbound service actually directs to), as well as manage a number of different aspects of the service.
Each Inbound Number can have one or more Answer Points - with varying time-of-day scheduling and overflow capabilities.
