Messages

Menu Option: Marketing \ Messages

You can create your own library of messages for use within the Marketing system. These can include

  1. HTML messages
  2. Text or SMS messages
HTML Messages

You can upload a HTML message using one of two methods.

  • Upload HTML message and images individually
  • Upload ZIP file containing your HTML message and image files
Files uploading using ZIP should be in standard ZIP format, but the newer .zipx format is not currently supported.  Popular implementations of ZIP can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZIP_%28file_format%29#Implementation

Upload Notes

  • HTML files must contain in-line styles, and not use an external CSS file
  • HTML files must contain local or full paths to images, not relative paths.  For example:
    • or but not
