Uploading Images
A variety of image formats can be used when uploading:
- PNG - 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit image forms - RGB only
- GIF - 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit image forms - RGB only
- JPG- 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit image forms - RGB only
If you are having trouble uploading your image to the system, or are unsure on how to convert it to an appropriate format, simply email it with your company name to support@virtualboxoffice.com.au for assistance.
